May 2024 Emotional Weight Loss Retreat in the Works!
A May 2024 Emotional Weight Loss retreat is on my mind and I’m currently getting the wheels turning on which topics are stealing the most joy from my clients so we can stop that from happening!
The retreat will be hosted lakeside in my guesthouse in Lone Oak, Texas and will be a small affair for a more sacred, private, and individually focused experience. Amenities include daily morning yoga, a pool, dock, outdoor games, outdoor activities, and a tritoon boating adventure.
