The default settings of life as you know it right now have gotten you this far, but what if I told you that you can make edits and improvements to make your personal growth and ability to experience Explosive Joy a top priority? Unfortunately, you will have a hard time placing yourself at the top of your priority list if there are people in your life not willing to place you as a priority. You’ll have to establish clear boundaries and ensure that you are numero uno because your needs matter! Respect yourself, set healthy boundaries and expectations of those in your life, and engage in consistent self-care to become your biggest cheerleader! Choose yourself every single day rather than waiting on those around you to choose you. You are capable of meeting your needs, achieving your goals, and experiencing your deepest desires right now in this very moment. You are in full control of the next step you take.

Intention Versus Action
Most of us have set intentions to get healthy and lose weight at one point or another in our lives. How many of us are guilty of buying a ton of fresh fruits and vegetables only to consume a few and end up throwing the majority of them out after they’re squishy, moldy, and smelly? How about that piece of fancy and expensive exercise equipment that now gets more use as a clothing storage device than originally designed for? These stories and more are unfortunately all too common when it comes to being healthy and achieving weight loss.
Action is where the magic happens and it can be as simple as baby steps in the right direction. As long as you’re committed, consistent, and momentum is developed you’ll be well on your way to actually making progress in your pursuit of health and weight loss.

Tips to Discover Your Own Explosive Joy
Finding explosive joy is a personal and subjective experience that can vary from person to person. Here are some strategies that might help you discover and cultivate more explosive joy in your life:
Practice Daily Gratitude: Taking time each day to reflect on the things you’re grateful for can help shift your focus toward the positive aspects of your life. What you focus on grows; manifestation is magical!
Engage in Activities You Love: Identify activities that bring you happiness and make time for them regularly. Whether it’s painting, hiking, playing an instrument, or cooking, doing what you love can boost your mood. Make a list of at least ten things that bring you explosive joy and ensure that you engage in at least one per day.
Meaningful Connections: Spending time with friends, family, or even pets can provide a sense of belonging and explosive joy. Positive social interactions and relationships are essential for overall well-being. Develop the habit of making at least one meaningful connection each day.
Mindfulness and Meditation: Practicing mindfulness and meditation can help you become more aware of the present moment and reduce stress. This can lead to a greater sense of peace and contentment. If meditation isn’t your thing, I get it! Start with just 60 seconds of sacred silence or staring at a burning candle flame or closing your eyes imagining your stress on leaves that are floating away from you down a river.
Help Others: Random acts of kindness and helping others can give you a sense of purpose and fulfillment. Volunteering or even just offering a helping hand to someone in need can bring joy. Make it a point to volunteer for an organization in need at least once a month. Keep your eyes out for strangers, friends or family who may need a helping hand in some way, shape or form.
Embrace Nature – Get Outside!: Spending time outdoors and connecting with nature has been shown to have positive effects on mood and mental well-being. Barefoot in the grass or in the dirt is an excellent way to ground and connect with mother earth. Water is a very cleansing and therapeutic experience as well.
Celebrate Small Wins: Acknowledge and celebrate your achievements, no matter how small they might seem. This can help you recognize your progress and boost your self-esteem.
Practice Self-Care: Taking care of your physical, mental, and emotional well-being is crucial for experiencing explosive joy. Make sure to get enough sleep, eat well, exercise, and engage in activities that recharge you.
Eat Nutritiously: Putting nutritious foods into your body give you the physical, mental, and emotional energy necessary to elevate your mood to find explosive joy.
Move Your Body: Engage in daily physical activities that bring laughter, explosive joy, and great memories. You don’t need to spend an hour at the gym or get sweaty to benefit from movement. Start where you are with what you have. Just five minutes of movement can be the ripple effect you need to end up engaging in longer bursts of positive pleasurable physical activity.
Cultivate a Positive Mindset: Focus on positive thoughts and challenge negative self-talk. Each time a negative thought enters your mind, immediately come up with two positive thoughts to turn the tables back to positive. Training your mind to see the good in situations can lead to a more joyful outlook.
Limit Negative Influences: Minimize exposure to negative news, social media content, or people who bring you down. Surrounding yourself with positivity can contribute to a happier mindset.
Learn and Grow: Engage in activities that challenge you and allow you to learn new things. The process of growth and learning can be fulfilling and joyful.
Set Meaningful Goals: Having goals that align with your values and passions can give you a sense of purpose and drive, leading to increased happiness. Remember that finding explosive joy is an ongoing journey and not a destination.
It’s okay to have ups and downs, and it’s important to be patient with yourself. Experiment with different strategies and find what works best for you. It’s also perfectly normal to seek support from friends, family, or professionals like myself if you’re struggling to find explosive joy in your life.
Illuminate Paths to Highest Good
Honor your feelings and emotions to best follow your intuition which will illuminate the path to your highest good. You’ll need to face the present moment for what it is with compassion and empathy. Stop the numbing and distractions of screens, news, gossip, shopping, booze, food, sex, etc. to get completely vulnerable and present. Don’t be afraid of being alone with yourself. You’ll be able to use your tools to obtain a very clear picture of what your true feelings are. Flex those mental muscles to do the innercise necessary to achieve peace, happiness, success, and Explosive Joy! Refuse to get stuck in low vibe emotions from past experiences as it’s what you do today that matters much more than what you did in the past. It’s like a choose your own adventure book; what you do now is your choice – make good choices! Even when harsh circumstances enter our lives, keeping a positive outlook will help focus on what we can do to keep putting one foot in front of the other, recover, rebuild, and refocus.

Red – Passion – Survival
Check in with yourself to establish if you’re currently balanced and grounded versus unbalanced and scattered. When unbalanced and scattered, fears take over clouding judgment and stopping your universal flow of energy and manifestation.
Revisit your passions. What gets you fired up and excited for life in a state of Explosive Joy? Ditch the fears, hesitation, and reservation and go for it!
Ground and balance yourself, your career, your home, and your relationships.
Count your blessings and acknowledge where you are blessed despite feelings of inadequacies or financial lack.
If you’re frustrated, upset or angry with something or someone take a deep dive into the root of the issue. Release thoughts, feelings, and situations that no longer serve you for emotional freedom.
Look at all areas of your life to see where your life force is low. Identify what is draining you and take action to remove from your life. Wear red to give yourself an energy boost!
